These terms govern the Demynex website and any briefing we send you. Last updated 1 September 2026. By using the site you agree to them.

1. Who we are

The site is operated by Demynex, 20A Sapling Rd, Bolton BL3 3QL, United Kingdom. Contact [email protected].

2. What this service is — and is not

Demynex publishes journalism and analysis about technology and future trends in the United Kingdom. Nothing on this site or in a briefing is investment advice, an invitation to deal, legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security, commodity or digital asset. If a decision needs a regulated adviser, appoint one. We are a newsroom.

3. Accounts and subscriptions

Sample weeks and paid notes are offered to a named reader. Do not share logins or forward a Private Desk note outside the commissioning organisation. We may suspend access if a note is published as if it were a Demynex public article, or if a subscriber systematically republishes the Signal.

4. Intellectual property

Unless we say otherwise, copyright in the site, the Morning Signal, the Horizon Letter and our photographs remains with Demynex. You may quote a short extract with attribution and a link. You may not copy a briefing into a product you then sell, or train a public model on our archive, without a written licence.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, scrape at industrial scale, or misrepresent yourself as the desk. Do not send us malware, or personal data you have no right to share. We will report criminal abuse.

6. Accuracy and liability

We work to the method published on this site. Journalism is still a draft of history. To the fullest extent permitted by English law we exclude liability for loss of profit, data or goodwill arising from use of the site or a briefing. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Public notes are provided as-is; Private Desk terms are set in the commissioning letter, which prevails if they conflict with this page.

7. Third-party sites

Links to government documents, company filings and other newsrooms are provided for reporting. Their terms apply when you leave demynex.click.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief anywhere if our intellectual property is at risk.
